Responsible Gaming at SBX
At SBX we are at the forefront of the Web3 gaming revolution, deeply committed to promoting a healthy gaming environment. We understand that while gaming can be incredibly engaging and fun, it's crucial to support our community with tools that ensure gaming remains a positive experience.
We are transparent in our approach to responsible gaming and you can find out more by reading our Responsible Gaming Policy.
Empowering control in Web3 Gaming
Our dedication to user welfare translates into a suite of tools designed for the decentralized nature of blockchain gaming:
Temporary Exclusion
Opt for a break from gaming for a short period of time, from 24 hours to 28 days, providing you with the space to reassess your gaming habits.
Self Exclusion
Choose longer-term self-exclusion options (6 months to lifetime) if you feel gaming has become too dominant in your life, ensuring a responsible and sustainable approach to your gaming engagement.
Check in with yourself
If you are starting to worry about your gaming habits, it can be a good idea to take a self-assessment quiz like the one available at https://www.responsiblegambling.org/for-the-public/safer-play/self-assessment-quiz/. This will ask you a small number of questions relating to your gaming and provide an indication of risk of gaming harm based on your answers.
Support in the Decentralized Era
If you're concerned about your gaming habits or someone you know, there are a series of available networks to help you:
Gamblers Anonymous
The National Council on Problem Gambling
The National Council on Problem Gambling provides a range of resources, including answers to commonly asked questions, a gambling behavior self-assessment, information about treatment and the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-GAMBLER) to connect you with help in your state (Canada).
Gamtalk
Gamtalk provides information on helplines, treatment and online resources from organizations around the world dedicated to helping those struggling with problem gambling.
GambleAware
Get support for anyone experiencing gambling harms, no matter where they’re at in their journey. GambleAware are hopeful that they can create a safer society free from gambling harms for everyone.
Minors
SBX does not permit underage gambling.
Underage gambling is illegal, and is defined as anyone who is under the age of 18 years old at the time of account registration (or any higher age that applies under the laws where you live).
No winnings will be paid to such players if identified as someone who is underage.
